To request support for issues related to using the Euclid German Science Data Center please use this web form or send an email to This is only possible if your email address has been registered as a valid Euclid user account. You can verify your Euclid account settings by logging in at our Redmine website. If you have no such account, you need to request one before you can open a support request. To do so follow these instructions.

After a successful submission, your request will be logged in our ticketing system and you should receive an automatic email message with details about your support request, including your ticket number ID. Keep or archive this email for future reference, as you can then provide updates to your ticket by replying directly to it, taking care to leave the Subject line intact. You will then get notified by email about further ticket updates from our side and eventually its resolution.

Note: please consider removing any quoted text in the email body when replying, as this helps keeping the ticket contents in a more readable format.
