Guidelines for the usage of the SDC-DE cluster

1. Use the GPFS filesystem /data/<projectname>/u/<username> as you data working directory. Results should also be placed there under a suitably named subdirectory.
2. For interactive jobs and testing you may use the login nodes; make sure that the load of the node does not get too high (<=8).
3. Do not run long (>2days) interactive jobs on the login nodes.
4. Login to compute nodes is disabled.
